I can try to help with the translation but I'm limited to what I can do with translation using the internet. Also I'm not very knowledgable about pipe and will ask several dumb user questions. I like using SketchUp for my woodworking. I'm retired and 78 years young.
The full dictionary of the plugin for translating into English from Russian is located here:
C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp <your version>\SketchUp\Plugins\CoolPipe\Resources\en
Maybe you can point out the logically incorrect texts that Google gave me

I used the arrows to indicate parts of the screen that were still in Russian. Based on your answer above I assume this is all being pulled from the database. Where is the database located? How do I change it. My current thought is to create a copy of it and then translate it.
The (*.csv) database is here:
C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp <your version>\SketchUp\Plugins\CoolPipe\data
Or you can click on the buttons (+/-), a window will open for editing the database directly to Sketchup. It just might not be very convenient to completely rename all database items.

I forgot to tell you that restarting SketchUp cleared up a lot of the issues I saw.

Personally I can use the tool with metric measurements, in my woodworking I often switch between imperial and metric. I created a chart that I use a lot. I attempted to attach it (Inch to Decimal to Metric for one inch.docx) as a word and PDF document. Here in the USA most people use Imperial, to my knowledge pipe is always an imperial measurement here. I prefer metric because it eliminates a lot of measurement/calculation errors for me.
I understand you, but the plugin was originally made for designers from the Russian Federation. We decided to perform all measurements in millimeters. And all the databases are built in millimeters, as well as the internal structure and logic of the plugin. A simple recount with dividing the millimeter by 25.4, I think, will not completely eliminate all the problems. Please take this into account when working with the plugin.
